Community Guidelines
Effective 9 October 2026 · Version 2
Helogram is for neighbours aged 18 and over. Keep it useful, local and kind. Breaking these guidelines gets content removed and can get your account removed permanently. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which apply in full.
- Be respectful: no harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or content that attacks people for who they are.
- Keep it safe: no nudity or sexual content, no graphic violence, nothing that involves or endangers children, and nothing that promotes self-harm, weapons or illegal drugs.
- Be honest: no spam, scams, fake businesses, misleading offers, harmful misinformation or impersonation.
- Respect privacy: don't post other people's private information or where they live, and don't post photos or videos of people who clearly haven't agreed to be shared -- never intimate images.
- Post what you have the right to post: no content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Keep it local and real: one personal account per person, no fake accounts, no buying or selling followers.
Photos and videos are checked before they go live, and explicit photos sent in chats are blurred until the recipient chooses to look. Each post we remove is a strike: two strikes pause posting for 7 days, three suspend the account.
See something wrong? Report it from its ⋯ menu, and block anyone you don't want to hear from. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
